PRICE
All prices are quoted in US Dollars F.O.B Indonesia. Excluding packing costs, freight cost and export documentation cost. All prices are indicative, as prices of some fishes are seasonal. Firm prices upon request and subject to validity period specified by us. we reserve the right to revise prices priour notice unless the sale has been concluded.

All payment must be made to following account: Our Account Banking details will be sent to you upon request.


DISCOUNTS
Discounts in fish only, available by volume of purchase and periodicity of orders. Special discounts will be applicable after 3rd shipment by advanced payment only (5% additional discount in fish only).

PACKING
Packaging: box strofoam, plastic, oxigen, other documents needed
Packing Charges for Fish is @ US$ 6.00.each with standard size of carton boxes (49cm x 35cm x 38cm), styrofoam with double plastic bags. Before packing we will not feed the fishes in order to avoid any waste in bags.

SHIPMENT
All shipments must be done in collected basis. Any prepaid basis freight charges must be paid in advanced. Extra charges per shipment upon request.

DEATH ON ARRIVAL (D.O.A)
Any fish with status must be informed immediately with maximum 24 hours after receiving the shipment. All D.O.A fishes will be returned and re-emplaced by crediting into your account.

DOCUMENTATION
Consignee must specify at point of purchase what documents are required to avoid delay in shipment. Certificates of origin, health certificate, etc. will be furnished upon request and the documentation charges in clued in the real invoice.

CONSIGNEE INFORMATION
Please supply following information at or before the point of order confirmation:
a. Buyers name and full address
b. Consignee telephone and fax number and e-mail address
c. Name of destination airport
d. Name of handling agent if any

GUARANTEE AND CLAIM
Under normal flight/Shipment condition our record shows that under normal flight/ shipment is 99% survival at arrival destination air port. Any mortality happened on the way if less than 5% must be accepted by consignee.
Any mortality or loss caused by flight delayed or misconnection which is approved in signed receipt by the cargo officer as witness from involved airline or other caused by beyond our limitation must be shared between shipper and consignee of each half (50%) unless if the loss can be claimed and paid immediately.
Any shipment without notice to shipper must be accepted by consignee and claims are not allowed if no report less than 24 hours after receipt of shipment.
